Taj Mahal - An Eternal Monument of Love and One of Sam's Exotic Travels
Taj Mahal is an elegy in marble built in memory of Emperor Shah Jahan’s deceased wife. Built entirely of white marble, it took 22 years to complete using 20,000 workers. Considered as one of the eight wonders of the world, its stunning architectural beauty is beyond adequate description, particularly at dawn and sunset when the sun gives the building a special glow. I was lucky to have a beautiful sunrise and sky for my one trip there. Note the change in color in the two hours I was there.

Taj Mahal Photos- posted to Flickr! - Viewing albums on Flickr is a little tricky. The easiest way is (1) open the set and then (2) choose Detail view in the lower left corner. This will open the set so you can see a larger thumbnail of each photo and its description. If you do this, you can quickly view thumbnails and expand to see enlarged views for any and all pictures. I would also appreciate any comments you might have and your vote for your favorite photos.
