| Seaton Sluice – Picturesque Village on the North SeaSeaton Sluice, home of my daughter and family, was my home base during the week I spent there in June 2006. Seaton Sluice is a quiet village, with a small harbour for small fishing boats that are only floated at high tide. The people, kind and rugged – many former seamen – I met in its pubs and its “Social Club” were (next to the time I spent with Annie, Rob and Malachi) a definite highlight of the all too short week I spent there. I hope you like my impression of this most picturesque village.
Want to know more about Seaton Sluice - Northumberland's official site has some good information. Check it out by clicking on the link above. To view my highlight photo albums, click below: All photos are posted to Flickr! Viewing albums on Flickr is a little tricky. The easiest way is (1) open the set and then (2) choose Detail view in the lower left corner. This will open the set so you can see a larger thumbnail of each photo and its description. If you do this, you can quickly view thumbnails and expand to see enlarged views for any and all pictures. I would also appreciate any comments you might have and your vote for your favorite photos.
You can change the images in these Flickr panels by pressing the F5 key
