Rick Bogacz - one of Sam's Exotic Travel Photos Guest Galleries

Born in Toronto in 1958, Rick Bogacz is a communications expert specializing in writing, editing and photography. He has more than 12 years of newspaper reporting experience and eight years online, managing a dynamic content and programming team for AOL Canada.

Rick believes collaboration – and a sense of humour – between subject and photographer helps produce the best results. His freelance assignments to date have focused on journalistic-style portraits and editorial projects.   He has shown work at Toronto galleries in 2003 and 2004 as part of the annual Contact Photography Festival. He also contributed pieces to a travelling exhibition in South America that marked 50 years of diplomatic relations between Colombia and Canada.  He was a past participant in the Canada Day outdoor art festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Clients have included the Elle Decor, the Addiction Research Foundation, Hamilton Spectator, Schizophrenia Digest, Niagara Grape and Wine Festival and Endless Vacations Magazine.
