Pindaya - The City of the Cave in Shan State - One of Sam's Exotic TravelsPindaya, a three hour drive from Heho is a city located in the hills of the Shan State, the largest area within Myanmar. The cave is noted for its 800 Buddha statues, but is also a bustling market town located on a small lake. We were there on market day, so I had an opportunity to see many local people. Click below to view: Pindaya Highlights - posted to Flickr! - Viewing albums on Flickr is a little tricky. The easiest way is (1) open the set and then (2) choose Detail view in the lower left corner. This will open the set so you can see a larger thumbnail of each photo and its description. If you do this, you can quickly view thumbnails and expand to see enlarged views for any and all pictures. I would also appreciate any comments you might have and your vote for your favorite photos.
