| Sam's Exotic Travel Photos from Kenya, East Africa - 2004's SafariSam's exotic travel photos from Kenya, East Africa were taken during an 8-day safari photo shoot in Kenya in the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Kenya. Places visited included Nairobi, Amboseli, The Ark, Lake Nakuru, Sarova Mara, a Maasai village, Escapement, the Great Rift. Wildlife was plentiful, skies were vast. Kai Ling and I visited Kenya over Easter holidays in 2004 on a trip arranged by Wing On Travel, a Hong Kong tour group. It is a magical country, with beautiful skies, abundant wild game but very poor roads, as I can readily attest after riding around in safari vans for 6 days. I enjoyed the whole tour, great accommodations, good food and informative and friendly tour guides (the local guides all spoke English, instead of Cantonese, so I was extra pleased) The weather even cooperated, and most of the rain was at night, which even made for better pictures. I have arranged the pictures in date sequence for the six days we spent in Kenya.
