About the Artist

Alonso has been an enthusiastic photographer since childhood.  An economist, he lives in Huelva, Spain.

"In spite of having participated in exhibitions, had some photos published and won some prizes, Photography still remains an art for me. I consider it an advantage that my profession is outside the world of photography, which allows me a greater sense of freedom at the time of creation and the feel of the camera in my hand.   I've always looked for sensations, emotions and a certain dramatic quality in the landscapes, always choosing common sites in order to be able to give them a different perspective. This has been possible ever since I've been using COKIN filters. The possibility of obtaining the desired result has increased thanks to COKIN filters. Besides, they are a creative source to find the correct exposure for all the photos to help me add a certain dramatic quality to the image, thereby making it something different from the normal."
